Following the severe typhoon that recently impacted the Tokyo area, transportation and shipping services across Japan experienced significant disruptions. While some restrictions are still in place, we are happy to report that shipping operations are gradually returning to normal.

We currently expect all pending shipments affected by these disruptions to be dispatched during the course of this week.

As part of our efforts to improve our service, we have recently decided to transition from FedEx to UPS as our primary international shipping partner.

This change allows us to provide:

Because of this transition, some orders originally expected to ship via FedEx may ultimately be delivered through UPS instead. There is no action required from customers, and this change does not affect any shipping fees already paid.
