🌟 Free Shipping Offer

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 USD for customers located in:

  • North America (USA & Canada)
  • European Union countries

Most products available on our store are eligible for this promotion.

❌ Exceptions

The following products are excluded from free shipping due to their weight or dimensions: Ultimate Kaiba Set, Duel Disks, Oversized products.Β 

Shipping costs for these products will be calculated separately at checkout.


πŸ“¦ Order Processing Time

Regular (In-Stock) Products

All regular in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed.

Example:

  • An order placed on Friday may be shipped by the following Friday.

During this processing period, your order is considered normal and actively being prepared.
Please note that contacting us to ask for shipment status during these first 5 business days is unnecessary unless you believe there is an issue with your order.

If any abnormal situation occurs or if action is required from your side, our support team will contact you directly.


🎁 Shipping Delays Compensation

If a shipment delay occurs on our side beyond our normal processing timeframe, customers will receive an email notification.

As a gesture of apology, we will include:

  • one free booster pack inside the delayed package.

Pre-order products are shipped within 3 business days following the official release date.

Example:

  • A product officially releasing on Saturday may be shipped anytime up until the following Wednesday.

Please understand that release dates may occasionally change depending on the manufacturer or distributor.


πŸ“¦ Orders Mixing In-Stock & Pre-Order Products

If your order contains both:

  • regular in-stock items, and
  • pre-order items,

your order will be shipped only once all products become available.

This means your shipment will be held until the pre-order product is officially released.

If you wish to receive available items earlier, you may contact us to request split fulfillment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All USA and Canada orders are shipped via FedEx Express.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days after shipment

Even when free shipping applies, FedEx Express will still be used.

Free Shipping Orders

Orders eligible for free shipping are generally shipped via Japan Post.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 8–10 business days after shipment

Orders Above $500 USD

Orders with a total value exceeding $500 USD will automatically be upgraded to FedEx Express.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days after shipment

Optional FedEx Upgrade

EU customers may also select FedEx Express directly at checkout for faster delivery.


πŸ›ƒ Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

⚠️ For customers located in the European Union, Canada, Australia... ⚠️

Import VAT and customs fees may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. We invite you to check your local tax regulation before placing an order to avoid unexpected additional fees.Β 

Tipically EU customers may be required to pay approximately:

  • 20% VAT
  • Additional customs or brokerage fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the buyer.


⏳ Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections.

FedEx shipments are generally delivered quickly, but Japan Post shipments may sometimes remain in customs clearance for up to 10 daysΒ or longer in rare cases.

We strongly encourage customers to regularly monitor tracking updates using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.


πŸ“¬ Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If delivery fails because:

  • the address provided was incorrect,
  • the recipient was unavailable,
  • customs fees were refused,
  • or the package was unclaimed,

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery,
  • or alternative solutions may be proposed depending on the situation.

Please contact our support team for assistance if your package is returned.
