Right now in Japan, it’s Golden Week β€” one of the biggest holiday periods of the year (basically the whole country hits pause for a few days πŸ˜„).

Good news: we are still here and operating as usual πŸ‘
Less good news: shipping carriers like FedEx and Japan Post are currently not operating normally, which means we’re temporarily unable to ship packages.

So even if your order is ready, it might be waiting for its flight out of Japan ✈️

Everything should go back to normal from May 7th, and we’ll start shipping orders again as quickly as possible from that date.

⏱️ About delays

We usually commit to shipping orders within 5 business days, but due to Golden Week, some orders may experience a slight delay.

An order placed on Saturday, May 2nd may be shipped by around Friday, May 8th.
